Just to clear things up...

I hate to cast the blinding light of reality on garamet's very comfortable delusion, but let me "clear some of that up" for you, missmanners:


1. No one actually wants to "run her off" or get her banned (If that was the goal, I could have have done the pussy thing and asked for her removal after she repeatedly used my real name, and posted a picture of me which I didn't bring to Wordforge last week. Instead, I had some fun with her, at her expense). If anything, I'd contend that most people just enjoy giving her a dose of her own medicine, or at the very least, poke at her for not sticking by the rules with which she claims everyone here should comply.

2. The term "flying monkey" isn't applied to anyone "who refuses to troll" garamet. As someone who indulges in the use of the term, "flying monkey" is actually applied to those who unthinkingly and reflexively genuflect when garamet speaks, regardless of the quality or integrity of the content which she posts.

3. Yes, people do troll her. Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa. However, garamet's definition of someone 'trolling' her also includes any person who might call her on shit which she, herself, instigates. (e.g. She derails a thread by making it about another member, then complains that the thread in question has transformed into a discussion of another member instead of the subject discussed in the OP)

4. As much as she'd like to cast herself in the role of 'victim', she's gone on the offensive just as much (and with equal vigor) as us bastards. The difference is, most of the sons-of-bitches just own up to the mischief, whereas, in instances in which she's been warned, she acts like a six year old refusing to change her behavior until her whims are sated.

A noteworthy example.

5. Most egregiously, she has made a habit of scolding, well....quite a lot of folks on this board....for not actually attempting to hold decent discussions. Even when those whom she's scolded so engage, she either abandons the discussion, ignores the in-earnest posts, or evades responding unless the other thread participants are (as mentioned previously) genuflecting and opining as expected.

Does she get more shit than most posters here? Oh hell yes...it'd be weak sauce to try to do the thing when it's painfully obvious that I'm not...and I don't think there's anyone else maintaining their innocence on that count.

The real question is, does she deserve what she gets? In the big Wordforge Circle of Karma, it's plain that she's earned (to use her metaphor) every bit of poo that's been flung her way.
