Okay, so I’m not completely losing my mind.

I didn't know the show was still going.
I thought it did its 5 years.

It’s got one more season, I think.

Season 5 ran in 2020.

Season 6 probably early next year.

There doesn't appear to be a "deainfo.org" website for that email address to lead to, but it wouldn't surprise me if AMC creates one as a promotion at some point like they did with SaveWalterWhite.com, which is still active.

Seriously, this show should win the Emmy for cinematography and editing every year.

Big spoiler for season six, although true fans won't be surprised in the least...

So. Damn. Good.

My prediction for why there's no Kim in Breaking Bad:

Amazing how much was conveyed with a handshake and a look.

I went "wow" when Gus broke the glass; really underscored how Hector rattled him.

Just a phenomenal series. It's the only show that regularly exceeds my expectations.

Also, did I miss something in the pilot episode? When they were showing Saul's house being cleared out, what was the significance of the bottle stop/cork thingy they zoomed in on at the beginning?

That's the stopper from the expensive tequila that Jimmie and Kim conned the stock broker guy into buying them when they scammed him pretending to be brother and sister "investors" back in season 2.

When Kim quit her job at Schweikart and Cokely she went back to her desk and grabbed that stopper from a drawer.

It's a souvenir of their con connection.

The attention to detail in this series is unbelievable.

I thought I was having a similar moment in the third episode this season when the camera zoomed in on the piece of glass in the desert. Vince Gilligan and his team rarely do anything randomly (or even just to get a pretty shot) so I thought I was missing something again.

It became clear at the end of the episode what the significance was.

Yeah, going back to the burned bear in the Whites' pool and even the first open of the series, with Walt's pants flying through the air.

I love that stuff because even when I don't understand the sequence, I love how they eventually reveal the meaning.

I've read rumors that this season will supposedly feature two Gene episodes (so post-Breaking Bad), but I haven't found confirmation anywhere.

The AMC teaser poster is intriguing, with Gene putting on a colorful Saul jacket.

Finally caught up. Poor Nacho.

I know you don’t like me or whatever, but I agree, the attention to detail is phenomenal. I don’t remember the cork, but the piece of glass was amazing.
