While I appreciate the effort I think it's pretty obvious that one of these days this is going to get out of control and there's going to be a blood bath due to armed protesters engaging with armed counterprotesters.

2. Only the guy who shoots first lives to claim self defense. According to self defense laws you do not need to be fired on first to claim you feared for your life and had to shoot. Just seeing a chinbeard should be sufficient to say you were afraid of the crazy terrorist at this point, so just shoot.

As for black and brown people don't get caught because the cops will kill you.

For people who do not want to go to war, terrorists are not there to peacefully protest. We should look into getting some sort of law enforcement that will deal with domestic terrorists because the police are a domestic terrorist gang.

When agents conducted their court-ordered search on Aug. 8, they found material so sensitive that “even the FBI counterintelligence personnel and DOJ attorneys conducting the review required additional clearances before they were permitted to review certain documents," the filing says.

The filing includes a photograph showing a number of files labeled “Top Secret” spread out over a carpet, and says those documents were recovered from a container in Trump’s office.

The filing also reveals, for the first time, the text of a written assurance given to the Justice Department on June 3 that says Trump’s advisers had done a thorough search for any classified material. The former president’s lawyer turned over about 50 additional classified documents, in addition to 184 others that were discovered in boxes sent to the National Archives earlier in the year, the filing says.

Yet when FBI agents searched the Trump property in August, they found more than 100 more classified papers, which, prosecutors wrote, “calls into serious question the representations made in the June 3 certification and casts doubt on the extent of cooperation in this matter.”

I have read the entire Government filing. I spend all day, every day, litigating against the Government, so some of this is familiar stuff to see. This particular brief is very well-done.

Of particular note, several top secret files were found in Trump's desk and mixed in with his personal belongings. This can be used to charge Trump personally.

And the raid found more than twice as many classified documents as Trump turned over previously and his attorneys signed that they had turned them all over.

At no point in time was executive privilege or a claim they were declassified ever stated.

These are the documents recovered in Trump's office, per Norm Eisen. Note that there are at least 6 Top Secret/SCI folders. Clearly Trump was doing some sort of work with them. There are no legal justifications for a private citizen to have these files. This by itself should put him behind bars.

One legal expert says Trump's lawyers should be recusing themselves and making sure they have their own top-flight defence counsel, since they appear complicit.

Yeah, just noticed, several of those TOP SECRET/SCI files are also labeled HCS. Human Control Systems. The list of spies. That's what Trump had in his office.

Yep, when the FBI agents arrived the first time to retrieve the illegal docs the attorneys stopped them from checking other boxes in the storage room and then signed a legally binding document that they had turned over all the files.

They have them absolutely dead to rights.

Look at the header of the doc immediately above the 2A sign. That is a shitton of controls redacted.

Was there, in fact, any confusion whatsoever about what the photos represented? Given the little table cards with numbers and all, I thought it was pretty clear that the agents spread them out on the floor to document them.

It's all about them trying to control the narrative. They're essentially saying:

"The FBI accused us of not treating these documents properly, but they've faked how they were treated, no crime!"
