At this point it is very clear that one of two things are true:

Either Trump and several of his henchmen are well and truly fucked because you CANNOT not prosecute this shit and it's beyond a slam dunk
OR

We are. Because if he's not then the long tradition of elite impunity behind the scenes and out of the spotlight (which is why he wasn't convicted decades ago) will be brought right out into the open and EVER bad actor will know that there is no uncrossable line.

My problem is not that Orange scumbag can make the claims in a desperate move to avoid consequences for his actions. My problem is that there is a likelihood that it would work given the obvious lack of integrity of the DOJ and courts. The excuses that come out of his mouth rival the comedy of a toddler lying. The fact we are going to have it thrust into our face as the reason we allow him to endanger our safety and kill us is terrorizing and angering. The fact the police defended themselves for slowly executing a man for passing a counterfeit 20, and defend a man who tried to kill them when they should be bashing his orange head into the pavement until it pops like the air filled balloon it is becomes angering and shows us that they are really the enemies of the state our founding fathers warned us about.

If the best the dems can do is Joe Biden and Traitor Garland than this country is a joke, and let it fall. August of 2021 was way to late to allow sensitive top secret documents to remain in scam-a-lago in a pool closet. Those documents were in the open, unsecured, and seemingly shown to guests for a year and a half. They are no longer top secret, not because trump declared them so, but because he showed them to everyone.

He has his right to make his stupid defense in court. Every court is a fucking joke because they might allow it to work, and none of us can have any confidence they will hold him accountable because they are really partisan government tools. Every person who worked to become a judge or lawyer should be offended because we all know that the whole legal degree is and has always been a con for the rich.

Garland hasn't had a single case overturned in his 25 year history as a federal judge.

He's not fast, but he's as thorough as they come.

I'm beyond a reasonable doubt that he's doing his due diligence to see if he can prove that Trump actually sold any of these documents.

And that whether it's just what they are investigating now for espionage or if they have him on actual treason they will prosecute after the midterms.

Prosecuting before the midterms would be a major blunder by Garland, and while he isn't a political actor he's sure as hell not a fool.

Or he did know and it was Ivana and this is all just a show to keep the authorities from questioning. And why was she cremated and buried in a coffin on his golf course?

Apparently she was cremated after the memorial and before interment*, which can only mean that the gold coffin hand plenty of room for more top secret documents.





*Speaking as someone with grave digging experience, cremated remains usually get buried in an urn, but leave it to the Trumps to waste space and money by putting the ashes in a coffin...unless they had other plans for all that extra space.
