Can we just replace that douchebag with Grant Gustin and be done with it? The movie Flash sucked ass anyway.
Well, if they make it a musical, I'm out. Joker 2 Might Add Lady Gaga's Harley Quinn (and Be a Musical?)
I mean, the original is loaded with songs, and Arthur/Joker dancing, and Arthur having fantasies. Him fantasizing into a musical number isn't much of a leap. Joker does a musical number in "The Killing Joke". It fits with the character.
Warners doesn't know what to do with Ezra Miller and Flash. They're gonna take damage on Flash no matter what they do. https://www.darkhorizons.com/miller-out-after-the-flash-release/
People want to see Keoton’s Batman. I think they’ll take a hit, but I also think people will watch the movie for Keaton alone.
As Miller Flash dimension-hops, he sees alternate timelines and morphs into different versions including John Wesley Shipp, eventually settling as Grant Gustin as he ends up in the Flashpoint timeline. Stays that way for the duration. When he doesn't change back to Miller at the end, he's told by Superman "well, then you did change things for the better".
I know NOTHING about Black Adam AT ALL! The DC movie that'll be coming out will be my first exposure to the character , just as "THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER" was my very first introduction to the Thor character. How does Black Adam stack up compared with other DC superheroes & Marvel superheroes as well?
Well, I said it in this thread somewhere, Black Adam is evil Shazam, but Shazam is magic Superman, so by transitive property, Black Adam is evil magic Superman. BUT, they're making him an anti-hero like Magneto or Harley Quinn, so...anti-hero magic Superman. Think Magneto with Superman's powers instead.
Tch, they shoved it into theatrical release to make more money, but then they said it's not "blockbuster scale" even though it was never meant to be. Then the obvious fix is to put it back on fucking streaming, so it makes SOMETHING, dumbasses. Throwing away a finished movie?!? Yeah, that's good business. Warners never finds good bosses. They keep being run by "The Boys" characters.
It got really bad audience reactions, they were going to put Keaton back in as Bats but audiences didn't like that either and it looks like Batfleck is back, and evidently they had a big need for a tax break this month due to an obscure accounting issue. So basically a perfect storm.
The first Shazam! was dumb fun, and this looks like more of the same. Also, did you notice the Annabelle doll in the paediatrician's office?
Batgirl sucks. The character has always sucked, and I have yet to see an on-screen iteration of the character that's even remotely interesting. Good for Warner Bros. for finally realizing what a shitty franchise Batgirl is. (Yes, I am strong with the schadenfreude today.)
The only other thing I remember DC shelving was that was that Adrianne Palicki Wonder Woman pilot. And it still leaked out. We'll see this someday.
