I need something to either burn AVI to DVD, or to convert AVI to MPG so I can use Windows's burner.

Everything I tried last night had spyware, or added a shitty fucking watermark, or burnt too fast, and made a drink coaster, or all of the above.

Why did all the pirates put their shit in AV-fucking-I?

All I want is a stinking disc with Relics and Unification on it, why is that such a fucking bitch to wrestle out of the universe?

Can I post my own issue in here or do I need to start my own thread? I have a converting problem, too. :(

HOW THE FUCK do I convert a .3g2 (phone vid file) so that my girl can see on her computer? (she can't get video messages on her phone) I will pay for any advice via copious amounts of rep! and hugs!

I sometimes use this to convert AVIs and other video files to DVD format. You can set it to output as an ISO or a VIDEO_TS folder.

It takes a few hours to run on my computer so I just sometimes leave it running over night, but my computer is really old.

It smoked on my computer, but that's the one that made a drink coaster that wouldn't play, plus, I think it's also the one that put spyware on my puter.

 Never had any problems with it, much less spyware being installed. Do you have the correct video codecs and all installed?

Also, it comes with like three or four different encoders, try selecting different ones.

My favourite encoding software is MPEG Video Wizard DVD, I found it to be the best for encoding because it is so precise for editing, I actually stumped up the cash to buy it because it was that good.

For authoring I use DVD Lab, it has a steep learning curve but unlike the other authoring software, it doesn't re-encode all your prepared video files before authoring. It aint cheap to buy but I stumped up 100 quid for this as it is that good.
