In ST: Insurrection, Picard learned how to slow down time by thinking happy thoughts. So in Nemesis, as he's getting the living bejessus kicked out of him by Shinzon, why didn't he just think a happy thought, slow down time, and bust out some Matrix-style effects on Shinzon?

'First Contact' was the last on screen adventure for the Next Gen crew as far as I am concerned.

I thought Nemesis was a charity spoof of Star Trek, sorta like Doctor Who and The Curse of Fatal Death.

Maybe that only worked on the Baku planet, like Geordies "real" eyes?

Regardless, it'd probably have required more concentration than he was capable of mustering at the time.

STV: The Final Frontier was clearly worse than Nemesis.

    My list:

    Wrath of Khan
    First Contact
    Undiscovered Country
    The Voyage Home
    The Motion Picture
    Search for Spock
    Nemesis
    Insurrection
    Generations
    Final Frontier

There's some wiggle room in the middle.

But Wrath of Khan and First Contact are clearly the best, and Generations and Final Frontier were clearly the worst IMO.

I don't think Picard ever learned that from Anij. He just watched her show off a time or two.

I still think it only works on Baku. I'm pretty sure Crusher and Troi's tits began to sag as soon as they left orbit.

Clearly because it was the end of the episode and after that the franchise rebooted.

Clearly Baku represented a rift in the space time alternative reality barrier. During his time on Baku, Picard tapped into his alternative self, in that reality known as Professor Xavier, and used his new found powers to slow down time. This connection continued until an entity known as the Phoenix was found by the Remans, and transported back to the Professor Xavier reality. The Remans had twisted the mind of the Phoenix, who went on to kill Xavier, thereby severing the link, and allowing the Remans to continue with their plans.

    Clearly.

    Ehm.

I don't know if I'm supposed to point this out, but you're discussing Star Trek here.
