This is either very, very stupid, or we're not being told something. I will admit though, it sounds like those teenagers needed a good beating by a father figure.
It's really funny how petty people are over that too. People were cheering against "American imperialism". What I found funny was the stink that a few people in Paris were making for a McDonald's opening in a mall underneath the Louvre, who were shocked that it was an utter non-issue for the average Frenchman. It's just a restaurant, not a particularly good one at that.
Well allow me. It's Utah. You can't rap in Utah. Mormons hate rap . . . and black people. I love watching the NBA draft just to see what stiff white guy the Jazz reach for in the first round. If they can't get a white guy, they usually go with the lightest skinned black guy they can find. It's hilarious.
Hilarious in a sad "Welcome to the 19th century" sort of way. But, yeah, I think you've sussed out the situation in the OP exactly.
Hey, that old chestnut used to be true, not anymore though. We are awash with food TV, chefs are all celebriteies, all the resturants have gone upmarket and there are gastro-pubs all over the place. Oh and we have the worlds best resturant (well one of the two)
Google 'The Fat Duck', It regularly gets first or second in the world best resturant list. Its usualy The Fat Duck or El Bulli in Spain that wins with the other second.
There are now, because the IRS threatened to revoke the LDS' 513c3 status for 14th Amendment violations. so much for freedom of religion, huh? I've met asian Mormons as well as blacks.
Next time you watch a Jazz game, check out the crowd. You'll find more black people at a tractor pull than you will at a Utah Jazz game, and that includes the guys on the court!
According to Wikipedia: "Fork Tha Police" is a protest song by the rap group M.W.A. (Mormons With Attitude) from their album Straight Outta Cul-de-sac.
Hasn't, you know, everything "withdrawn" (read as: fled because they're broke) from Iceland? While the rest of the industrialized world is showing signs of stabilization, if not growth, Iceland is still getting worse.
