    Calm down! My pooping problems are clearing up. Sadly, it's on the way to work, but I'm not complaining.

    Also my back problem (bad dead-lift) is zipping along too. I'm about 90 percent healed.

    As for the MRI my psychiatrist (he is a Jew you know) continues to monitor me and unless he deems it necessary, I won't worry about it.

    Trust me I may be a bit slow to act, but I do eventually seek medical help but I don't rush into it.

    Actualliy I had a great "no notice" epic BM. I mean the type where you don't think there's a chance in hell it will happen today. And then, mid-morning it hits you so fast + hard you barely make it from your office to the rest-room. :lovelovelove:
