That trestle looks pretty old, Tractor Trailer rigs used to be shorter than they are now.

Having worked with many a trucker in the moving business, I would never make that assumption.

13'-6" is the maximum allowable by law without special permitting. It shouldn't be hard to remember.

I think that trestle is 12' 6". Plus there's a dip in the road under the trestle and a sudden uphill in the direction that truck was going which raises the cab-end before the trailer is out from under. It's like a truck trap.

What's the drainage like there? I would imagine just dropping the roadway a bit would be a big help.

Drainage seems to be fine, actually. Never known it to flood.
