She gave a key to the police which was how they got inside the house. George choked her a week earlier according to her but she didn't call the police? She called 911 and was asked if they had been fighting recently. Her answer? “No. It’s just – I know this is going to get a lot of national coverage” Wait? According to you in a court statement he choked you a week ago. How is that not fighting recently? Yeah I'm not seeing charges going forward on this and a not guilty verdict if does.

People would still have supported him; there was plenty of ideological fervor behind his supporters as well as his opponents. But we definitely would have heard more about it. And while the statements about her denying domestic violence earlier don't mean much -- victims deny abuse all the time -- the fact that she was shopping around an interview and not getting anywhere pretty much destroys her credibility. So what if she had known him for 12 years -- she saw dating him as a payday. I'm gonna go with the "he didn't do it" camp on this one.
I don't think it's permissible to bring up unrelated accusations during a criminal trial. Would tend to prejudice the jury if the prosecution could say, "Oh and by the way, he's also been accused of child molestation."
Oh, it wouldn't have been brought up at trial but you know that with all the slandering of Zimmerman that the media along with the Trayvon Martin family did that if there was even a hint of the molestation charge being true it would have been all over the news and there would have been calls for him to also be charged for molestation. (with a separate trial)
