Go to the bottom and watch the video. The guy pulls out a gun. He doesn't check the action of magazine. He doesn't check the safety. He sticks his thumb in the trigger guard and waves it around.

Hence his upset when a different organization investigated him for breaking the law. It was decided because he attempted to contact the police for just that reason that they wouldn't press charges.

The first time I was shown that video, I was in a training class conducted by Chip Holland, who trains civilians and sheriff's departments in TN, and commands the Madison County Tactical team. Chip is a cop I trust, and I would imagine he is from the Elwood school of LE.

This seems to be par for the course for liberals: They can't be trusted to do something so they demand that this right be taken away from everyone else. Oh, and I'm not going to look it up but really? A TEC9 can shoot 72 shots? That sounds fishy. I wonder if they're talking about one of those devices like you can get for an MP5, that holds two clips together and after you empty one you pop it out and move to the other clip.
