Your list is pretty irrelevant. Why? Because it is a fact that the US was subject to a Russian cyber attack that tried to meddle with the 2016 election. Whether or not Trump colluded is not yet established, but what has been established is that Trump just stood next to the man who ordered those attacks and defended him over America's intelligence agencies and the House Intelligence Committee. Now you alt-righties can keep making excuses for the other stuff Trump gets up to, but quit with the "lied to by the media" bullshit. The media isn't lying when the President of the United States is captured on film choosing a dictator who attacks America over his own people (right off the back off calling the EU a foe and meddled in British domestic politics). That's treason pal.
I would like to add a secondary question to that one: for whom were these "vast amounts of money" raised?
See that's just it. I didn't think it was about raising money. I thought it was about spending money...but putting that aside, let's assume Trump meant to say that he got the NATO members to agree to spend more on their military...what are the specifics about that? Because Macron said all they did was re-affirm the exact same commitment they made back in 2014. If Macron is lying, and Trump actually got them commit to reaching the 2% GDP, or exceed it, earlier than 2024, I'd be interested in hearing the details.
Conversation probably went something like “Hey Mike, they’re throwing this word “treason” around a lot, what’s the worst that could happen if it sticks?” “Sir, you could be impeached, removed from office, and executed.” “You wouldn’t pardon me?” “For treason? No, sir, they’d have my head next.” “Well, fuck, time to do an about face... <to everyone else> uh, uh, NOT!”
The only "danger" Pence poses is to the for-profit baby murder industry, and to the radical homosexual agenda.
Their early stuff was great, but they got repetitive at the end. That cover of "Rock Lobster" was inspired though.
Well, make up your mind, do you want abortions government funded or not? When it's government funded, it's "taxpayer funded baby murder!! ". So when it's privately funded, it's "for profit baby murder!! ". What do you want, for it to be crowdfunded? There's only so many payment options. If you're gonna cry no matter what, just fucking pick one, and shut up.
At knocking Trump out of the 2020 primary race. If you really want Trump gone in the 2020 primary, Kaisch is not your man.
It's unclear from Anc's first post, whether in this scenario Trump loses the primary or not. Presidents with serious primary challengers tend to win the primary but lose the general.
I was replying to @Ancalagon's post about the election cycle after Trump. I believe that Kasich could be more appealing because his policies and stances appear more centered, more moderate, and someone with that kind of voting record might be what the GOP wants after Trump's ran his course. It would certainly be interesting to see Kasich challenge Trump in 2020, but I'm not sure he would, or that people would go for it. It depends upon how much further off the rails the political system goes before people realize the direction we're traveling in is fucked up.
I want you to do it. Please try it. Get started now, because I cannot imagine anything that will make me happier in November than an impeachment attempt now. Besides, I had once lost all hope for a Mike Pence presidency. Thank you, thank you, thank you for keeping the dream alive!!!
Oh, is this the part where I get to hear how you're just a stupid Brit again??? Why don't you just make that part of your signature. Or better yet, maybe you should worry about your own politics. Your own government is a lot closer to the brink than Trump is, in the likely event you haven't been paying attention.
President Trump cannot be knocked out of the 2020 primary race no matter what he does. 1) He has a core group of supporters (as almost all incumbent presidents do) who will never go against him because to do so would be to admit they made a colossal mistake four years ago. 2) In addition it would take an extremely popular Republican leader who had a massive natural constituency already to go to bat for him. The closest in recent times would be Reagan when running against Ford in 1976 and Kennedy running against Carter in 1980 and neither of them won the nomination. I don't see one of those standing around in the current GOP.
I love how the alt-righties can't actually formulate an argument and just resort to playground nonsense.
Sorry, but I'm not "alt-right". I'm just plain mainstream American. Like I said, try the impeachment and see for yourself.
Why do you get upset about being called a "stupid Brit"? I'm pretty certain at least half that term is accurate.
This is simply not something we worry about. The alternative was Hillary Clinton. It still cracks me up that one of the main reasons we have President Donald Trump is because the left promoted him thinking he'd be the easiest Republican for Felonia von Pantsuit to beat. You guys must love that.
