Their perception of Jewish people seems to be that they're a bunch of native New Yorkers who colonized Palestine on spring break just to be assholes, and who could easily pack up and move back home en masse if staying becomes too frustrating for them. There is no apartheid in Israel proper. As fucked up as the government is Arab Israelis have the exact same rights and responsibilities as every other Israeli.

It's not apartheid in "Israel proper" but the claim that they have "the exact same rights and responsibilities" is very literally not the case since there are legal distinctions between Jewish people and other groups, and there are different rights in law.
The Law of Return allows Jews living abroad to relocate to Israel to obtain citizenship and there are monetary and other incentives to do so which don't apply to anyone else.
The state controls a very large proportion of the land and the mandate of their agencies is specifically to develop land for Jewish settlement.
Marriages of non-Jews to Jews are not recognised by the state.

Among others, and the socio-economic outcomes reflect this.

This isn't Denmark in the middle-east, no matter who would like to pretend it is. Other western countries aren't organised as ethnostates.

Took me a while to figure out what was going on, but the end of the article above states that Zara created some sort of ad campaign back in July (prior to the Oct. 7 attacks) that involved images of unfinished sculptures and mannequins wrapped in plastic in a sculptor’s studio. Apparently some overly-sensitive folks looking for something to be mad at conflated the ad campaign with the Israel-Hamas war. This is along the same lines as the bunch of numpties complaining about the Marks and Spencer ads with burning Christmas party hats and saying it resembled the Palestinian flag (hint: Christmas colours are red and green).
