I sincerely do not know how Musk ever got credit as a "leftist" Renaissance man. He's a numpty all across the board. He creates nothing, he understands nothing, he does nothing. It's the people around him, and the people he has bought that gets him anywhere. Did anyone here take an IQ test in college? I did not. Ditto for being asked to report any past IQ tests to a college. And for taking an IQ test at any time at all.

People whose brains can't handle the idea of things not being quantified love to fixate on the idea of IQ as an immutable characteristic that can give them lots of data about how intelligent people are. But (a) it doesn't even really do the thing it claims to do all that well, and (b) most people never take a test, and therefore anybody who claims to have IQ data about this or that group is almost definitely lying.

When I was a psych major in college, the thing all my professors said over and over again was that all an IQ test tells you is how well a person does on an IQ test. They don't tell you a thing about the intellectual capabilities of the person taking the test.

The thing is that even if we accepted multiple parts of the premise of this argument as true for argument's sake (IQ is an accurate measure of intelligence, SATs are an accurate measure/proxy for IQ, HBCUs have an average SAT score for their admits that would show that they are borderline retarded) all of which are questionable, the argument would still fall apart when one realizes that does not mean that the people who are getting accepted into the pilot training programs from these HBCU ALSO have low SAT scores and therefore low IQs.
