I will agree that it seems he had a history of doing these things and maybe they should not have released him on bail if they knew this, but that might not be the case if the charges were all pending and in multiple courts.

But you seem to be seeing something written that UI did not, and I would love to see the reason they said they released him knowing of all these events.

There should never be an off switch on police cameras. I should correct that. There should be an off switch, but every time a cop pushes it there should be a flag that marks that time on the recorded footage because some bullshit is about to go down.

it's kinda hard to mistake airborne exposure... the scent akin to that of an electrical fire is a fairly clear sign.

I don't deal with a lot of the hard stuff anymore, and I really never dealt with the opiods as it wasn't where I wanted to go when I tried them, so I do not know what they smell like. However, even snorting them seems to be a sucky way to get high, and i think a cop should know. Anyone familiar with drugs knows when you have to snort something just the fine dust in the air is not enough to do anything but tempt you with what is there.

Dealing with narcotics safely is part of the job, and if you are that stupid that you give yourself an anxiety attack around them, you should not be put near them in employment.
