New guy here, BUT anyways. I know I am going to get a LOT of heat for being a Buckeyes fan. I do live in Ohio, but I like other teams also. And there are of course teams I hate (Michigan, Miami, Fla, and Florida) just to name a few.
Why isn't this thread on page one Welp, Colorado lost to both Oregon teams (a shock, I say). Oregon beat Colorado 57-16. Next up: Washington Oregon State had a bye-week. Next up: Washington State
Whelp. 4-1 ain't horrible, and the LSU game was better than the score let on. Ole Miss was ranked and Washington State is looking like they aren't a powderpuff this year. Hopefully this is the beginning of our road to recovery.
The Pokes barely survived Kansas State, our new offensive coordinator has driven this Ferrari into the ditch. Oh, and Baylor is for real-time. Believe.
Wow, Mizzou actually looked DECENT against an SEC team that wasn't Kentucky! Ok, it was just Vandy, but that's still a step in the right direction... So is Tennessee better than everyone thought, or maybe just up for the Georgia game? Or did Georgia just have a letdown game? And does this mean Mizzou has a chance next Saturday? Nah...forget that last question...
Missouri beat Georgia ( ) but lost their QB to a shoulder injury. That's probably not a good bargain.
Bye-bye Stanford! Upset by Utah, who lost to Oregon State (in OT). That'll make the coming Cardinal-Beaver game interesting; Corvallis just needs to keep Pullman at bay later tonight. Speaking of Washington teams, Ducks smacked the Huskies around. Quack, quack.
Auburn destroyed some directional school. Ranked now, that's nice. The State of Oregon beat the shit out the State of Washington yesterday. Don't really care about the dogs, but the second half blowout of WSU sucked.
The State of Washington has some chance at redemption, though... Oregon's up against Washington State next and Oregon State's against Washington for the penultimate regular season game. Ok, ok. We know the Ducks are gonna slaughter the Cougars, but the Huskies might be able to take down the Beavers.
Wow, Mizzou romps over Florida despite starting our backup QB, a redshirt Freshman. The Tigers "D" looked stifling! And with Vandy upsetting Georgia and Tennessee upsetting S. Carolina, that puts Mizzou squarely in control of the SEC East! Gotta say I'm pleasantly surprised. The Defense has come up playing far better than I'd imagined, and the Offense continues to roll. Next week against S. Carolina will be another difficult game, but I now believe Mizzou can at least compete. They should be able to handle Kentucky and Tennessee, although the Vols are playing better than expected this year too. I still think Texas A&M will whoop Mizzou in the last game of the year, though. But who knows...maybe Johnny Football will be banged up by then.
Way to go Mizzou, where @The Flashlight to gloat? Watching the Auburn/Aggie game, 3:30 to go. My Pokes beat TCU.... sigh... this is what we get for hiring a D2 offensive coordinator.
Interesting... both Oregon teams are the only undefeated teams against other Pac-12 teams. Good job on fucking up your season opening game there, Oregon State. You could have been 7-0/4-0 like Oregon Pac-12 Standings: Code: Oregon 7-0/4-0 Oregon State 6-1/4-0 Stanford 6-1/4-1 UCLA 5-1/2-1 Arizona State 5-2/3-1 Arizona 4-2/1-2 USC 4-3/1-2 Utah 4-3/1-3 Washington 4-3/1-3 Washington State 4-4/2-3 Colorado 3-3/0-3 California 1-6/0-4 Cal, you suck
Goes to show how little attention I've been paying. I had no idea Utah and Colorado were in the conference.
