Obama's DIA director said Hillary's server was probably hacked by enemies of the United States.

Yes, you all figured out that I used my mad CGI skilz to make Obama's DIA director say her server was hacked. In fact, most of what the news media reports is actually just me hacking their websites.

    Political Math has something entertaining.

Fun game: Read stories on Hillary as if they are stories about a robot that is trying to become more human

Heard Rubio on NPR today. Definitely the sanest Republican to throw his hat in the ring. Was surprised he came out and said 'or who they love' when listing off things people shouldn't have been discriminated against. He still supports the right of religious people to 'not be involved' in gay weddings, but it sounded like otherwise he supported giving sexual orientation protected class status. Wish the moderated would have asked that question specifically.

Had some good points about the failure of Republicans to connect with minorities and the lower and middle classes, and his Immigration push earlier was the best we've seen in a long while.

Seems like he could do decently well in the general, but doesn't have a chance making it out of the primary.

I think they need to drop the natural born citizen thing. Seriously, you live here a long time, pay taxes, stay out of trouble is enough of a challenge. And yes this applies to
Obama too. Both their citizenships are fine as they are IMO and that goes for any of the cantidates.

That Pandora's box is wide open. I hope the fools who plied this shit about Kenya appreciate their culpability for questions that arise about their own guys. Rubio and Cruz are both natural born US citizens, as was Obama, as was McCain. Idiots who use any and every option they can to delegitamize their political opponents will inevitably make things more difficult for their own candidate somewhere down the line.

Or you and the rest of the population that hates choosing between douches and turd sandwiches can vote Independent.

Most of the reason Obama won the first time was because He's Not Bush (tm). And now all the disillusioned beatniks and college kids that voted for him eight year will think to throw a vote at the other party. That only perpetuates the cycle of fail.

The problem is that the system is inherently dysfunctional. The independent choice has also been a little bit of a loonie most of the time. First there is a reality that the independent cannot get into legitimate competition with the two main parties. I am almost sure that is by design at this point. Big money probably does not want a three way fight. Another problem arises in that people are not ticked off at the parties for the same reasons. The teatards are angry because no one is right enough for them, and the libertarians don't recognize government does have a place. I do not fit with them, and an independent would look a lot like Romney trying to play both sides of every issue to wrangle together the independents. In the end what you would have to do to get support from enough independents would be the very thing that would ruin you when they realize you are just saying stuff to get them to vote for you.

In the end the problem is actually much simpler than all of that when I think about it. We need to get money out of politics. We cannot really see any of the real problems or the solutions under a big old blinding storm of money. They even know that is the solution and are saying it to us. Both Obama and now hillary have started talking about removing money from politics with an amendment. Yet no one has proposed it in congress. They never will. It will always be the big problem they never address because why the hell would they? We as a people need to start by uniting under that issue. Take everything else off the table and we have the state legislatures amend the constitution with only that. There will be no riders, no other changes, nothing but just getting money out of politics and I think that is something that the majority of people overall agree with. That is what we have to vote on, because there is never going to be a good offering because big money will not let it have power.

Once we do not have big money coming in the forms of lobbying we can do a lot more. We can Optimize our military and it's contracts, along with providing care for the people who come home from our wars. I may not agree with the wars we are fighting, but I am damned dissapointed in the way we treat the people who come back hurt or broken because there is no money lobbying for them. We do not have to give out corporate and social welfare like we do. We could fix some of those things because someone who is getting paid to make things run right rather than getting paid to pad the pockets of their corporate friends is going to look for cost effective solutions. Why are we retiring the A-10s when they do a decent job? It is because some other contractor wants to make money with their design. In the end why are civilian contractors designing these things to begin with. We should have the command of our armed forces telling us what would be a better weapon because they are the ones who have to use it. The military should be telling the engineers what they need, and then the engineers should be making it.

Then when my mind gets going so do my fingers and then I have fifteen or so pages of text.

No shit. Not even her husband likes her, but she's got so much dirt on him there's not much he can do about being married to her, and she's his meal ticket. Hillary only polls well with Democrats age 55 and older. Everyone else thinks she a wildly corrupt and dishonest control freak, including Saturday Night Live. She says she needs to raise 2.5 Billion dollars to win the White House. She's already raised 2 Billion from people buying access and influence, including Colombian oil barons and Muslim governments, and she wiped her e-mail server so she can do it again. She makes Imelda Marcos look like a small time sweetheart, and she's going to be the Democrat nominee, and there's nothing Democrats can do about it because, by God, it's her time.

That is true, but you have to see the deflection of whatever assclown the republicans run against her. There may be a Cruz Palin ticket happening and you better be prepared to vote for her because the republicans show absolutely no intentions of running anything other than a down home fucknugget. Do you really want some christian wackjob having the power to cause armagedon in his hand?

    Just saying.

Sorry, but against Hillary, Pee Wee Herman would be a viable candidate. She's unquestionably the most corrupt politician to run for President in the last 70 years. Richard Nixon couldn't dream of bilking people for a tenth of the money that Hillary has gotten away with. Teapot Dome isn't even in the round-off error of Hilary's kickbacks and bribes.

It would force them to compromise, like the political parties here in Europe...

You can't get that in america because there is a huge culture clash. It holds up the two party system, along with the money. The reality is we all pretty much want the same thing, but a few cocs messed it all up

Ted Cruz has already been a lying dumb ass. He repeated a popular right wing lie that some how 50% of religious conservatives stayed home in 2012 and 2008 because the Republicans didn't run someone right wing enough. The fact is evangelicals turned out in record numbers in 2012 and 2008, they have never gotten a better turn out, yet it wasn't enough to win. There just aren't enough religious nutjobs to win an election.

If Republicans want to start winning they need to move closer to where the majority of the voters are not further away from the majority of the voters. Their 2012 autopsy said so but conservatives didn't like that part so they continue to pretend reality isn't real (which is what the right wing always does thsee days).

I vote third party. The hard reality is one of the only things both parties can agree on is that they don't want there to be viable 3rd parties. To that end they have construct a whole series of legalistic restricts designed to make it harder and hamstring any potential 3rd party.

Sadly, California is especially bad on this topic and it was put in place in 2012. Prior to that starting around 2000 Republicans tried to fund 3rd party candidates to the left of the dems in state hoping to split the liberal vote and allow Repugs to sneak through to win. In 2008 Dems joined in the game funding 3rd parties to the right of Repugs hoping to do the same. So in 2012 they both got together and passed a terrible law where only the top 2 candidates can get on the ballot and no 3rd parties are allowed at all.

It is a shit law and by design it is an attempt to prevent real democracy.
