But since you want to bring up gay issues and racism let me say at one time those people were considered disgusting and evil and deserving of being beaten because they were disturbing the moral fabric of America. It is still going on in many areas where it is ok to beat a black or glbt person for the same reasons you give for beating Nazis. They are taking over America and are going to make everyone brown or gay and we have to stop them by beating them because they have infiltrated our government with special rights like every straight white person gets.

Sorry the first amendment gets to you by protecting ideas others find offensive. However, just like it protects Nazi ideas it also protects the idea that slavery is disgusting, and racism is wrong. Both slavery and racism were at one time defended as moral and allowing blacks to be equal to white people was evil according to society. It was criminal to educate blacks or marry them. It was legal and necessary to hang them from trees and lynchings were something you brought your children to.

Homosexuality and transgenderism were disgusting immoral behavior. They were and are treated worse than child molestation by the US moral police. There are people who want to make it legal to have trans people arrested for pissing. But it is still the first amendment that protects our voice against the lies.

Without the protection of disgusting immoral speech the first people to go would be black and glbt, not your Nazi cousins who think and behave a lot like you do. I also know you can let them speak because over the years it has not been punching anti glbt people who have made glbt people rise in the public eye. It has been being part of the community and making a positive influence despite the horrible ways we have been treated that have shown our true colors. It is not that I have not had my moments of wanting to go kill a bunch of straight assholes, but it only makes me a criminal and no one is siding with the right when they have school shootings or kill some black or gay person. Matthew Shepard got beaten and tied to a fence because he was disgusting and how did that work out for the idea that gays are evil? sure, it was horrible for him, but it was a pivotal moment that changed a lot of people's minds about the morality of hating gays.

Since you don't actually punch anyone and want others to do it for you, why don't you lie a little more about punchability since you don't seem to be punching them. You should do your own crime.

Yes, if it comes to assaulting someone without being in direct imminent danger from them I would consider them the same. It is probably a bit worse if you are beating up on younger boy scouts or some disabled person, but that is why we have variable sentences. We are talking about assault here, not other consequences of your ideas. If you want to fire a Nazi, go ahead. If you want to ban a Nazi, go ahead. I can see reasons for that. But there is no excuse for assaulting someone for an idea. There has to be actions that demand you protect yourself from physical violence if there is no time for anything else like calling the cops.

Almost every one of these ideas in this thread for punching Nazis has been used to promote the need for violence against Muslims, the glbt community, Hispanics, Jews, blacks, and anyone else the Nazis do not like. It does not make the logic any better if you are using it to lynch Nazis.

Besides, if you are really pissed about the Nazis gaining power it might be a good ide to look at the election system which allows a minority to gain control of Congress and the white house and break the laws of this land with those powers. You cn punch all the Nazis in America, but until you fix that they can still put Twitler nd the Republican Nazi party in charge. Of course, that does put the need for violent rebellion a bit closer and maybe that is what people want.

What part of "freedom of association" are you not getting? You're saying it's okay to commit violence against someone based on their friendships or groups they belong to. If the Nazis want to get all violent they are not winning against the police, and we have jails for that sort of thing.
