    Can anyone confirm that Amazon gave $30K to the seattle gun buyback? Every source I'm seeing looks... shady.

    Guess so. They were giving out $100 and $200 gift cards. The Seattle buyback program ran out of their $80,000 allotment by 11am and they had to write IOUs after that. There was an extremely long line. In the mean time gun collectors descended on the crowd and started making a ton of better offers and snapped up a lot of the firearms. :lol:
