This guy obviously wasn't shooting to hit anyone. Suicide by rent-a-cop? He probably would've made an exception for Mewa, though.

That's very possible, but I don't think it's obvious that he wasn't trying to soot anyone. I think it's more likely that he just missed.

I don't get out to practice too much but I think I could've hit somebody with several tries from that close up if that was my intent.

The jab at Mewa was just a jab, though. I wouldn't really wish that on anyone. There were some brave people in that room to stand up to him at all.

He only had one "good shot" and that was the first one. Sure, he was at close range, but his target had partial concealment, and the guy didn't look very experienced to me.
