Banned from Trek BBS

Multiple producers from Trump's various Apprentice shows have said there are multiple recordings of Trump being racist. And the Muslim ban is pretty much a white nationalist policy, wouldn't you say? Even Dubya wouldn't have gone that far. Even if Trump loves all men and women (especially women) of color, he still ran on a campaign of hate and fear. Can't argue that.

I don't think I have access to TNZ any more. I have over 100 posts there and I can recall making one or two posts then thinking the place was dumb and not returning for several years. I went back this week and didn't see TNZ listed any more. What gives?

Show me someone who thinks there is a muslim ban and I will show you a fool. A "muslim ban" which fails to ban 95% of all muslims is retarded.

I say that as someone who actually would support a total ban on all muslim immigration as 1) It is an ideology of evil and 2) There truly is no way to screen the so called "good muslims" from the so called "bad muslims" so the only intelligent policy is to simply not admit any. Anything less simply means you are adding more terrorists.

If someone joined just to post that outside of TNZ then they deserved to get whacked. Plain and simple.

It’s no longer automatic, you have to opt-in now. It’s in your settings.

Unless you got banned from TNZ for some reason, then check with an Admin. We generally just ban for a month unless you’re posting porn or only there to stir up shit to amuse yourself.

I feel the same way about certain posters here bitter obsession with getting banned. For some of you it was years ago. It’s pathetic, I’ve been banned from forums for all kinds of shit and I don’t think twice about them. I seriously question how sad their lives are that a Star Trek board meant that much to them.

Yea I should have but I didn't. I watch the show for an escape. I hate going to a forum to discuss the show and having King Daniel bring up politics and not get called out on it.

Saying "I just joined to say fuck you" is practically begging to get banned. But I don't think it's perma-ban level behavior. If TBBS is willing to ban any newbies who say dumb shit, the board is never going to grow beyond the group of regulars who have dominated the place for years now.

Often TBBS feels like a very restrictive environment...sometimes I get the feeling that certain admins/mods would like the board a lot better if there weren't people on it.

He probably would have gotten a warning for just saying “fuck you”. But he said he joined just to say it, anyone reading that assumes that he never intended to ever contribute.

Do they have an appeal process for bans?

I don't think so. Once you get banned you can't message anyone.
