Not just for military people, but anyone would be better off if they could do 30-60 days in and not deal with three years of probation. Knowing what I know now, take the 30 days in jail over years of probation. Especially if you can keep your job. In most states 30 days in jail is just shaved off your sentence anyways. so even 60 days would end up being 30. You really never want to deal with the department of probation as a grown adult because their whole purpose is to get money from you while fucking with you.

Frankly, I'm surprised zombie Harry Truman hasn't tracked this guy down and killed him. Truman would have hated Trump viciously. When he spoke at the opening of a mall that had once been his family farm Truman said words to the effect of "I hope this fails miserably." He was not a fan of "developers" like Trump and is no doubt spinning in his grave over Trump having been President.
