And while Biden gets the blame for the Taliban taking over Afghanistan, a huge dose of that has to go to the Orange Cheetoh, who not only negotiated with the Taliban to hand them over the country without including the Afghani government (!!!!!), then tried to get us out by Jan 15th. Biden extended that 7 months to August and organized the largest airlift in world history to try to get as many people as possible out.

I have no problem with getting out of Afghanistan and I have no problem with negotiating with the Taliban, but let's face it, the way Biden did it was sloppy and now things are worse.

Again, Trump wanted us out 7 months sooner. It absolutely would have been worse without that lead time. Hell, doing that in Syria is what caused Mattis to resign - and led to the first ever airstrikes on US bases by US warplanes because we didn't have time to evacuate them!

And I absolutely have a problem with negotiating with the Taliban without involving the Afghani government.
