Let us face reality with UA and the other trumpanzees. If left to their own devices you would have a whole bunch of skeletons in red hats. UA has more than one 200 plus pound anchor to deal with. @Jenee 's main life skill is sucking UA's cock, and that cannot be very useful. It is a huge problem with any chick who is supported by the alt-right. These are not women looking to do much with their lives aside from birthing and making sammiches. Right wing cocksucking women are like FF with a uterus. I am not sure if spitting out right wing crotch droppings is a plus or minus, but we end up supporting them.

We would all love it if the bootstrap crew actually showed us how it is done, but we all know without native americans to exploit, blacks to exploit, and europeans to steal knowledge from the average american colonizer would be deer food. There is a reason why they were all forced to run halfway around the world to look for something useful, and that is because no one thought they would come back alive. It was a win win situation for european royalty. The dead weight either dies on the trip, or they get lucky and come back with some loot you can take from them and then send them out again.

Don't you aussies laugh because you all are descended from the same worthless white colonizers we are.

Maybe O2C can tell me the actual problem with Medicaid. I have had health insurance myultiple times, and I have also dealt with medicaid and seen the problems with medicare from a large number of elderly who I have helped figure out medicare confusion as best as possible. The main difficulty in medicare is actually the supplemental insurance plans and often deals with private subsidized insurance.

Myth number one: Private healthcare lets you see any doctor you like. This is an outright lie. Most people hate switching PH plans because they have to transfer doctors. This is such a huge lie because not all doctors take the same insurance. One of the reasons I gave up Obamacare private health insurance was because it was so much easier to see a specialist, and I could chose my own. No more having to see my GP, then get a recommendation to see a specialist, then that recommendation needs to be approved, then you get an approved specialist from the list from your insurance company, they double check that the insurance company is going to pay, you get an appointment, the bill gets sent to the insurance company that has approved every step of this, then the insurance company denies payment, then your specialist sends you the bill, then you argue the bill, then the specialist doctor sends you to collections, then you spend about a year trying to get the insurance company to pay so you can get your credit cleared up so maybe you can finance the treatment options the specialist recommended and repeat this whole process every time your private insurance company decides to deny payment.

Which gets me to the next lie that you have to wait for an appointmernt. This is not really a lie as it is a complete fucking fantasy about health insurance. I had to make appointments with regular insurance, as does everyone else. There is a docvtor here on every corner in a huge medical building. You cannoty see most of them because they do not take your insurance plan. When you do find an in network doctor you get an appointment, and it is always a couple of weeks. This is because regular che1ck ups and regular treatments are scheduled and everyone wait3s. Every doctor will take emergency care and leave1s t3ime in the day because they take emergency appointments every day. If you cannot get in you can go to an emergency clinic or the ER. They take most emergency plans and do not require an appointment, This is how things work on a health plan. You schedule you scheduled check ups and trteatment, and no doctor will see you immediately for your 6 monthg check up. Every stupid old person whines about this, but it is how scheduled appointments work, and is why you do not cancel.

Oh, and I have been insurance and dealt with the florida health department getting healthcare when Obamacare was timed so you could not enroll except on the secret enrolment day when you could get through on the website without it crashing, or get a non-busy signal on the phone. Any day of the week and twice on every day of the weak I will take the DHS over anything health insurance offers. They make their appointments, they stick to them, they have their own pharmacy with cheep meds, they do their blood testing on site, and they do a much better job than private health care. I would pay for medicaid. If I could get the same service on medicaid that I do on private health insurance just by paying I would so be there.

I have actually seen what people with private healthcare go through compared to what public health care is at the moment in florida, and just make more public health care in florida and problem solved. This might not work in every state, but maybe the duh can tell other states how to do this stuff. Actually, AL wasn't that terrible either.

I would also like to point out that medicaid will be a savings for us considering we subsidize private healthcare.

Private healthcare is for profit which means that they need to make money for their shareholders and bonuses for their CEOs. medicaid does not have these expenses. The money you pay in taxes to medicaid will automatically be moire efficient and better because they are not required to budget for dividends and bonuses for CEOs. They also have few to no advertising costs. All this is wasted money you are giving to the health care companies. They do not pile this shit up in case you get sick and have to pay out. Even if they do invest you are an expense that lowers their profit margin. So they do not want their investment profits going to your treatment.

WTF is wrong with some of you people? Private insurance is a ponzi scheme where they pay their bills with the present income from their billing the customers. They do not have holdings you have a right to because you got sick. You are not a shareholder because you pay your bill. You are a customer who can be immediately cut off with no claim to any property or funding of the insurance company if you do not pay your bill, or they want you gone.

It would be safer for you to invest your monthly insurance payment in stock in the company because then you might have some claim to that corporation and emass some value that you can get a loan on. Health insurance money is pissing into the wind. The lowest cost plans I have seen are over 500 dollars a month. That is a payment on a house or condo. That is over 6000 dollars a year. Unless you are getting some pretty major healthcare you are not touching that.

I have paid out of pocket for diabetes 2 and emergency care in a ER or emergency clinic. In the year I had to see a podiatrist at 180-300 dollars a month to heal up two gigantic wounds in my feet I did not come close to paying into a much as a healthplan would cost. I can go to any doctor and specialist I want because the starting appointment is 120. If I go to four of them a month I would pay less than the lowest private health insurance, and I would have to meet my deductable before they paid out a dime, and after that a copay. It was cheaper for me to get my diabetes under control to pay for blood tests and see the best of the best specialist than to get insurance. YMMV. I could pay out of pocket for weekly physical therapy, or a gym, and still save money from paying insurance premiums.

Obamacare isn't free to the taxpayer either. Yes, people may be getting Obamacare for nothing or a low cost, but we pay the insurance company the rest. Yopu are already paying through the nose to corporate shareholders and private healthcare CEO's and staff. It is mostly cheaper to pay the doctors directly for 95 percent of treatment. It would be even cheaper if the US government got in and forced hospitals to charge less and got deals on pharmaceuticals through collective bargaining.

Yes, but that doesn’t mean that every child needs health insurance. If the uninsured are still getting care because their parents are self-paying, I don’t really think forcing CHIP recipients onto Medicaid is necessarily a net win for them if it’s just going to make statistic go up rather than improve access to healthcare. So… who’s the median child without Medicaid, CHIP, or private health insurance?

I still have employer controlled health insurance because my wife isn't old enough for Medicare. I chose to not enroll in Medicare. Why give my employer a break?

Because you have access to Medicaid probably won't mean you have to enroll in it.

ETA: I see it is auto enrollment. Shrug. There would still be supplemental insurance or alternatives for the rich.

if the final bill doesn't specifically ban it (given the history) I'd bet you'd see "Medicaid Advantage" plans crop up. There's a lot of bad news about Medicare Advantage (I've been generally pleased with mine but I get the arguments) so maybe they would try to head it off - but knowing how Congress works, probably not)

so says the guy who would wipe his ass with poison ivy after one day in the woods if @Jenee wasn't babysitting him. You just know camping with UA would be a weekend of trying to keep him from accidentally killing himself because he cannot take a single bit of advice or correction, and he is completely toxic ignorant manchild.

Of course, my goal on a camping trip would be to do something dangerous that would challenge UA's manhood and cause him to suicide himself on a teacup or something. You know it would totally work too. Go follow Tererune down the Loki Path UA, you will do fine. She don't know nothin.

so says the guy who's lawn is probably swampy and covered in skunk cabbage because he likes the smell. Or does he have dogs? Maybe giant dogs he doesn't control. Can youi imagine UA's house with the broken down Jeep, a few rusty bikes, some lode bearing nascar signs, beer cans everywhere, and some trump flags and gun signs he got from a truck stop littering the whole place. All around a bunch of sasquatch @Jenee footprints.

Let me explain why this will never happen. To an island like @Uncle Albert his issues are all of our issues. This is where UA and FF differ from dayton. Dayton thought everyone read his diary, and I am sure sometimes people did because he was fucking absurd and kooky crazy at times. Dayton had that level of entertaining crazy that the boy and UA just don't reach, and they are poor second hand excuses of a dayton, and they know that. They are not going to start up a blue room thread because they are just that self aware we all laugh at them and their folly. Dayton truly knew we were laughing at him and was proud of it even though he didn't truly grasp why he was so astounding as a village idiot. On some level the boy and Auntie alice know they are shameful.

Tax-funded benefits in general incentivise breaking up families, which has negative outcomes for the kids, and by extension the society everyone pretends they want to save.
