Something about Breaking Bad has me incredibly invested. I have no doubt the series will be studied hundreds of years from now. By the way I hope Hewell is ok.
The end of the latest episode is one of the only times in this series that I correctly "called" what was going to happen well before it did. I can't say that for most teevee shows I've watched over the years.
I am glad that I've never seen a single episode of this show. 'cause I can read this thread and not have a fucking clue what you're all talking about, so it'll all be fresh & new whenever I do see it (on netflix, Hulu, whatever...).
More to come from the Breaking Bad universe.... http://www.darkhorizons.com/news/28596/-breaking-bad-spin-off-saul-is-a-go
"Bad" doesn't modify the action of breaking, so I don't think it's an adverb. "To break" in this usage means something like "to become" and "bad" is the direct object of the verb. "To go bad" has the same meaning in most contexts. It's similar to "going wrong" or "making good," which have quite different meanings from "going wrongly" or "making well," respectively.
