Clearly, the answer to this problem is more restrictive gun laws.

Heard on the news that the older brother wasn't killed by the gunfight - the cops had him down and being handcuffed when the younger brother made a break for it in the car, and ran over his own brother, killing him.

Heard that too, but there's also the report that the docs can't determine cause of death without an autopsy, because there's so many puncture wounds on the guy.

Made me wonder if the vest went off when he was being dragged by the car, which also disabled the getaway car.

Pure speculation however. Why the younger brother bailed out of the car hasn't been determined. I think I would have kept driving if I could - but it could have been the cops gunfire disabled the car.

The driver may not have had the opportunity to put gas in it. Also, the tendency in a pursuit that gets that big is to bail and go out on foot when the streets get too squirrelly.

Plus the cops knew what his getaway vehicle looked like by that point. He probably wanted to get far enough away to then ditch it and either huff it on foot or find another car.

So, doesn't Boston have a Coroner?

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that there's probably a couple of lawyers in the Boston area, and that if any rights were violated, said Boston lawyers are going to be busily filing lawsuits at this moment, if for no other reason than they want to make a name for themselves.

I think their imaginations are playing up. The quote dated the 13th could have been doctored because it's a screenshot.

What they call Suspect 1 in the conspiracy theory showing him 'surrendering' is actually the guy from the car they hijacked after shooting the policeman, although I'm pretty convinced that the morgue shot is of the real Black Hat.

The rest I can't really say. The backpack blown to bits has no way of being pinned as the security guy's. for one, there's no real way of determining the scale of the badge they're highlighting and second of all, the straps seem to be different.

I'm 100% convinced that they got the right people and there was no set up.

Tamar, if the person who posted that was truly worried about rights he would have secretly recorded as much information as he could and have gone to the media. Why would someone want to work for an organization that is corrupt like that?
