All 2020 Trump voters however... How you could watch the last 4 years, and go "sign me up for more of THAT! " just bends the limits of sanity.
So you're just gonna sink into the swamp of self humiliation like John Castle, eh? All right then, go for it.
They were, at best, watching FOX and Friends who, in the weeks before the election, were leading off with such earth-shattering stories as "Comforting Soups for the Cold Weather." Some of them are probably waiting for this "Fake China flu thing" to lift so they can drive the RV down to Arizona and admire the Big Beautiful Wall.
Tell you what: You speak Republican. Explain to @The Ghost of Crazy Horse that you're not all Borg clones, no one believes you are, and he should stop asking the same dumb question.
Turns out the officer who got chased up the stairs is in fact a big damn hero. He let himself be the rabbit to keep the insurrectionists from the Senate chamber doors before it was fully evacuated. I hope we don’t learn his name until we’ve de-Nazified the country, cause if it gets out, they’ll surely kill him.
Seth Abramson analyzes Trump’s speech. https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1347908845281095680.html Fucker crossed the Rubicon, or rather told his legions to while he scurried off back to his bunker. Fortunately mostly idiots followed. No pardons, no bargains. He needs to be in prison. Impeach, remove, disqualify, indict, convict. Right the fuck now.
when I saw that I was hoping the guard/cop would kick that guy closest to him square in the chest and knock his ass back down the stairs!
I assume it is a fake, yess. Considering the gullibility of the target audience, I would not be surprised if some do.
I don't know about Chicago but a lot of other cities have had fake events, meetings, etc. staged by law enforcement to lure in criminals (mostly with open warrants) who are then arrested and jailed. That said this "target audience" is no more or less gullible than any other group of criminals.
The beginning is brilliant, and telling. The part about the sword of Conan? Ehhh. LOL. But then, considering who he's trying to reach, the MAGAts still in insurrection mind set, maybe reminding them he played Conan works.
Just repeating @Bailey's excellent and succinct post for the learning disabled. The Republicans of 2020 either supported Trump directly, or knew what an evil fuck he is and still maintained their Republican affiliation. So yes, all Republicans of 2020 are Trump sycophants.
Disagree and here is why: according to the dictionary definitions there is a difference between a sycophant and a supporter. Thus some Republicans could be supporters, and some could be sycophants or a combination of the two roles.
You just can't go without "both sides," can you? Let's talk just about the rioters. They continue to believe -- without a shred of evidence and despite all the evidence to the contrary -- that: Donald Trump won the election, both in the popular vote and in the electoral College. Massive organized voter fraud in multiple forms and multiple states prevented his victory. The Supreme Court or Mike Pence or somebody should have prevented this election from being stolen bu didn't. The only way to "stop the steal" is to storm the Capitol. If all that isn't the definition of gullible, I don't know what is.
I didn't go "both sides" that is your assumption based on your obvious and frequently demonstrated bias.
I will give oldfella credit where credit is due: By definition, a sycophant is someone who toadies up to someone not believing in that person to gain an advantage. Think Lindsey Graham or Grima Wormtongue. A supporter who believes in Trump's BS 100 percent (or even less) would not be a sycophant. Nor would someone who sucks up, but not for personal gain.
whatever you say corporate media shill. Why are you on wordforge right now anyway? Don't you have news to manipulate and distort? Just curious.
