Let's not pretend that the stakes between Avenatti and Kavanaugh are the same. For the record, I didn't want Kavanaugh in jail for the shit he did as a kid. I simply wanted what he did to be considered before he was elevated to the highest court in the land. If he didn't make it, his life wasn't going to be ruined like so many on the right claimed it would... he would have to settle for the second highest court in the land... you know... the one that Merrick Garland is on?

Avenatti... IF he's guilty... then I want him prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. But until he has his day in court, and he will have a day in court, unlike Kavanaugh, then he has a right to continue to practice law.... but this seems a little suspicious to me... kind of like the time Stormy Daniels was arrested after performing at a strip club for clenching a dollar bill between her tits by some overzealous Trump lover... who is now facing disciplinary action for that. I think the FBI conducted a sham investigation that was limited in scope and didn't even consider allegations from other women. Several witness stepped forward to testify and were ignored, but I'm sure this wasn't mentioned on Breitbart and Fox News.
