It's interesting because he goes through phases of saying "I win" because of made-up conditions in his own head, but this shows he doesn't even buy his own bullshit self-justifications.

 

It's not simply a question of conditions, it's the strange idea there's some sort of contest being played that only one side is even aware of.

TBBS is full of people who have either forgotten him, genuinely don't care or haven't heard of him, mostly posting at great length about how long the Enterprise is. TNZ folks would likely have heard of him, but would see no significance in one of thousands of ex posters, especially one who hasn't been there (openly) in a decade.
