For one, it's fun to see him call people names. Even though he keeps on claiming he never does it first. And second, we can usually find a way to bring in the time he clocked his wife one.

Same time I do most of my praying. From 6:55-7:25 in the morning.

Why that time specifically? Doesn't God see and hear everything you do?

I like to be able to tie my long daily prayer to a specific task I'm doing daily in order to use the routine to remember everything. Otherwise I have to use notes.

In the last few years that was while I was walking Nay Nay. But she died last May 25th. So now I do it while driving the school bus. Driving a school bus seems like a good time to depend on prayer.

I think you're missing the question I asked you. Why do you need to ask for forgiveness at specific times of the day when God can supposedly see and hear you at all times?

I simply prefer to do so.

considering that letter to that Sci-Fi magazine that someone posted a few months ago that Dayton wrote 20 years ago, I'm not convinced that anything he does is an act. At very best, the guy has an undiagnosed case of Aspergers syndrome and at worst, he's a sociopath. Either way, he ain't a troll.

Whatever the underlying cause.... Dayton is.... a master troll.

A true master would have found a way to cash in on his talents after 20-something years.
A greatest hits book going back to his earliest wacky letters to the editor, or something.
If this is the man's legacy, slap a binder around it, and stamp on a price.
