I've never seen Packard or Rick take much personal interest in Dayton, which is something else to consider: Chup knows Dayton intimately. He regularly posts in his diary thread. How else could he execute such a masterful mimicry of Dayton?

And what if he does mention tax cuts? Without information about what is cut, by how much, and how that scores against his budget revenue requirements, we have no idea whether it will actually help the economy. Like I said, the biggest problem wasn't bullets or length, but stupid.
