I have to assume such an over-the-top rant is probably trolling but, a few points of order:

1. There is no relationship or connection between being "fag" (i.e. homosexual) and being transgender. Despite the unfortunate mental association and political alliances, they are two entirely different situations.

2. I'm of the opinion that transition while on active duty is something that CAN be disallowed without even opening up the question of "rights" - there's a lot of things that people can't do that would make them happy while on active duty.

3. that said, transitioning before joining or after discharge seems to me to be something that would be a non-issue. Far more a non-issue than gays serving, in fact.

4. your closing rant about "freaks" was probably designed to provoke some sort of reaction so I'll give you one: "meh"

I disagree with that. The military shouldn't be in the business of making people happy. A guy might say "the only way I can be happy is to go home to my wife" - does that mean he gets an unlimited leave to do so?

Frankly, the only way I can see a logical point of disagreement is whether or not VA benefits ought to cover transition costs after discharge. A difference of opinion on that is reasonable.

But in my mind, it's damned obvious you shouldn't transition while on active duty, and you shouldn't be rejected if you transitioned before you joined (at least not on that basis)
