    It's time.

I started a Dayton greatest hits thread a few years ago, but I think FF has become heir to the throne.

To get things going, I leave you with this gem:

It's funny, because while I can understand the basic idea he's throwing out there (what parent wouldn't be tempted to remove genetic traits that might make their future kids lives harder?), it also contradicts the "homosexuality/transgenderism is a choice that parents and the media force onto kids" narrative he's been pushing forever.

Aren't you on record as saying that social media and leftist parents push their kids into it, and that it's irresponsible and evil to give kids hormone blockers to delay puberty because they might change their minds later?

Sexual preferences isn't a genetic thing. It's a preference thing. Would you also advocate for removing a gene that caused people to prefer redheads? or women who look like 10 year old boys?

I'm afraid you may have started too strong with a quote from him about eugenics. That's going to be hard to beat.

Nah, the kickers will be him trying to argue how he wasn't arguing for eugenics, then about how eugenics isn't all that bad, then about how he hates us all for not understanding him and he's going to post only in MC from now on. Then posting again in RR two hours later like nothing happened.

One has to wonder if Dayton is still alive to read this thread, what with one foot, being anti Vax, and on dialysis three days a week. Plus I hear he’s just enormous.

What about a gene that caused people to be attracted to 10 year old boys or girls? Should we not edit that out given the opportunity?

Anyway, the whole thing is moot because the hypotheses with the most evidence we have right now is that epigenetics (gene expression mediated by the environment, particularly in utero, in a complex dance of hormones and DNA methylating agents) most strongly influence all of the above, not genetics. We have substantially less idea how to control epigenetics than how to edit genes right now, and it's possible the system is inherently chaotic.

But sure, in 1000 years, why shouldn't we eliminate the genetic and epigenetic components of gender dysphoria if we can? Seems like a lousy thing to have no matter how tolerant, accepting, or even celebrated it was in society.

The problems with homosexuality are strictly other people's. They can suck it up.

Let's see if I can remember how to do this ...

Nope. He was a normie passing as enhanced by faking his pee tests. The "you have wonderful equipment" line was from his doctor and intended to be ambiguous over whether he'd spotted the tubing used to deliver the fake pee, or just liked his wang. Or both, most likely.

Aren’t they stress hormones in utero that lead to higher rates of homosexuality? The current thinking being that is a form of population control. If pregnant women are stressed (due to overcrowding, lack of resources, etc) cut down on the number of breeding pairs.

EDIT: oh, gotcha. I interpreted that very, very incorrectly. Not super familiar with the literature on that.

OMG!! This post led me to google Dayton. I made some predictions regarding the 2021 inauguration that panned out and I wanted to see if I could find him online to rub it in... Almost everything about him is out there.
