Yes, I believe Hunter Biden was put into companies based on corruption. I believe he does drugs and probably has some freaky sex. I do not believe anything that comes out of his laptop without being confirmed through other means because the overwhelming dishonesty of the right and the willingness for them to fabricate lies. The HD and supposed data has spent too long in the hands of liars and people who would pump it full of incriminating data. not to mention the people involved in this are so shady and fame seeking and their audience so willing to believe any story that all of it is lies unless it is confirmed through other means.

This is why the only person here who even tries to use it is the boy. Anyone who uses hunter's laptop is so dishonest they ignore the real problem for obvious fabricated lies and drama. The use of hunter's laptop is just evidence the person using it is either joking or is a complete joke. In the boys case he is serious about it so he is a joke.

Lev Parnas is claiming that when Hunter Biden was in Khazikstan the Russian FSB got Hunter loaded up with drugs and hookers so that when he passed out they could clone his laptop. They then put kompromat on that laptop clone and then made sure it made its way to the repair shop and Rudi. Parnas claims to have been present at meetings where this was discussed. Skip to about the 41 minute mark of this podcast where you can hear him making the claims.

Also it’s only kompromat if it’s mutual. Otherwise it’s just sparking blackmail material.

1. One can't necessarily trust that what was on the laptop was truly Hunter Biden's or put on it by a) the Russians b) the Republicans c0 some random third-party

2. Assuming for argument's sake that the material on the laptop was 100 percent genuine, nothing has been disclosed publicly (AFAIK, anyway) that shows that Hunter Biden did anything illegal. Despite all the ink and electrons spent on the subject over the course of more than three years, AFAIK, despite people who have every incentive to point to proof of illegal actions having access to the laptop, no one has been able to pinpoint any such illegal material.

3. Assuming for argument's sake that there is proof of illegal activity on the laptop by Hunter Biden, unless the proof also shows that Joe Biden had any direct complicity in such illegal activity, I am not sure why we should care.

Re: 2. Pretty sure the pictures of him doing drugs are evidence of illegal activity, albeit activity that shouldn’t be illegal.

Point taken. I should have said "anything illegal outside drugs, or anything illegal that harmed anyone beyond himself."

As far as I am aware having done drugs is only a problem if you are on probation, parole, endangering others, or causing a disturbance while high. It is possession or sale of illegal substances that is illegal. I could have consumed all the PCP, coke, shrooms, pot, and pills while on my couch and cops cannot bust me even if they drug test me and find it in my system.

There could be video of HB snorting what they somehow can prove is coke. It is not illegal. You might not hire him or vote for him, but unless you have video if a sale you pretty much have nothing to charge him with for doing coke. AFAIK having video of using a drug would not be proof of any crime. Selling or distribution might be a different story, but using is not selling.

So if all that is on HB's laptop is him doing some coke there is no crime AFAIK.

If they would charge anyone else with the same set of facts, they should charge Hunter.

And despite Republicans' fever dreams, an indictment would probably help Biden's standing with the public rather than hurt it. Because it will be impossible not to notice that:

- Biden isn't demanding that Merrick Garland fire the prosecutor.

- Biden isn't tweeting the names of all the prosecutor's family members, or gleefully retweeting images of himself swinging a baseball bat at the prosecutor's head.

- AOC and Nancy Pelosi aren't demanding that the prosecutor be arrested.

I care and here's why, because had this story had been treated more seriously, it would have affected the outcome of the election.

False. No one who was voting for Joe Biden really gives a flying fuck about Hunter Biden and even if they did, Trump was too terrible of a president that they still would have voted Biden

In short, FF cares about us not taking Hunter's laptop seriously because we DID take Hilary's emails seriously, Trump won, and then we woke up and realised that Russian agitprop isn't a good reason to vote in a horrific cunt.

You know what's missing from either the Hill's opinion piece or the (remarkably) better Fox News article it cites? Any evidence rebutting the notion that it did have the earmarks of a Russian disinformation operation. Anything else is Republicans being sore that a scandal failed to materialize when they felt they deserved one, because the Biden campaign had better PR than they'd hoped.
