You've also twisted/ignored what he's said about how he agrees with their freedom to do so even if he doesn't like them doing it (so not to dissimilar from what you said yourself) to insist he's somehow anti-free speech himself, when all he's doing is (very clumsily) pointing out the hypocrisy of destroying something that symbolizes freedoms like the freedom of speech.

I have an Irish flag tattooed on my arm, does it represent everything to do with Ireland? Nope, it represents my Irish heritage. When a soldier wears the flag on their shoulder and they do their duty, that flag represents our principles, our values our ideals.
