Anyone else watch it? I caught it on in-demand Tuesday morning, and so far, I'm kind of liking it. Not sure how the sherriff's partner is a lt. in the city police force, but what the hell. The horseman is cool and all, but how exactly does a headless being learn about how to use automatic weapons?
because it's supernatural!!! duh. I watched it, I liked it. Reminiscent of some other similar shows but the lead actor is likeable.
Last night's outing was still pretty fun, and I think I'm liking where the powers that be are taking this show. Crane's continuing adjustments to the 21st century are enjoyable, as are the little touches here & there.
Sleepy hollow? There's a show about my wife's vagina? Just kidding...I take her everywhere! But she always finds her way back!
caught the endign before the blacklist last night... interesting, and the girl is hawt. I'll try to remember it, but won't be upset when I don't.
That seems to be a common problem in American television. Suffice it to say that I think many TV shows should follw the BBC model of making a TV that has a definite end date 8n mind.
My wife complains "we always go to the same places over and over! I want to see some place I haven't been before!" I said "sure.....how about the kitchen"? Not saying she's ugly, but in her family photo album they only keep the negatives!
Finally got around to seeing the pilot and liked it. I was most impressed that they actually shot a bunch of it in the real Sleepy Hollow in Tarrytown, NY. There was an overhead shot of the town the showed the Old Dutch Church and the giant cemetery behind it where Washington Irving is buried.
It's not bad, but I'm not sure if it will hold my interest. This is what they've told us... They plan on a 7 year run: When Crane talks about the 7 years of tribulations the witnesses will fight. It will be mostly monster demon-of-the-week: When Crane talks about the army of evil preceding the horsemen.
Yeah, I'm on episode 3 and it's starting to loose it's charm. It's become a formula whodoneit with a paranormal twist. The pilot was fun, but it's quickly loosing steam.
Just watched the pilot and first episode on Hulu. Not bad, but I think a guy plucked out of the 1770s and dropped into 2013 would be a little less . . . calm . . . about the whole thing.
