We have more guns in Australia now than we did before the Port Arthur massacre and the firearm restrictions that were brought in afterwards.

You don't normally use a circular saw to cut curves. You use a jig saw or a scroll saw for them.

For the most part "circular saws" are high speed straight line cutters.
