    No shit. Where the fuck is a civilian going to be coming under grazing fire where they would need to know how to low crawl, high crawl, or do a combat roll. Now using a 3 to 5 second rush.....maybe, just maybe at the outset. But thats it. Just take the damned civilian course, get smoked, and take it again when you are in better shape.
