George Zimmerman has been arrested, yet again, on aggravated assault and domestic violence with a weapon charges:

George Zimmerman -- the man acquitted by a Florida jury over the death of Trayvon Martin -- was arrested Friday in Florida on suspicion of aggravated assault and domestic violence with a weapon, local authorities said.

The 31-year-old Florida man was arrested by police in Lake Mary around 10 p.m. and booked into the John E. Polk Correctional Facility, according to that facility's website. That facility, like its website, is run by the Seminole County Sheriff's Office.

About two weeks after the verdict [in his murder trial], he was pulled over for speeding in northern Texas. Much bigger troubles came in November 2013, when Zimmerman was taken into custody at his then-girlfriend's Apoka, Florida, home after the two allegedly had a heated fight.

He was arrested then on aggravated assault and misdemeanor counts of domestic violence battery and criminal mischief, accusations that he denied. He posted $9,000 bail days later.

But after the girlfriend asked that the issue be dropped, State Attorney Phil Archer announced that prosecutors would not press charges.

More recently, in September 2014, Lake Mary police said that a man claimed that Zimmerman threatened him during a road rage incident. "I will ... kill you," Zimmerman allegedly said, according to police. "Do you know who I am?" He was not arrested and has not been charged.

Maybe, eventually, right-wingers will admit that George Zimmerman is simply a violent sociopath out to hurt people and will stop poisoning the prosecutors' offices and jury pools in an effort to make sure he stays free. Hopefully no one else has to die before that happens.

Well, we never said he wasn't an idiot, just that he wasn't guilty of murder.

There are lots of people with extremely high tempers which never kill or hurt anyone.

He's a living example of "Guns don't kill people..." You guys come up with a new slogan, or stop trying to argue that "He could just as easily have stabbed Trayvon" and "Cars kill people...maybe we should ban cars," and the infotainment media might not focus on the likes of him that much.

It's not the media who brought this to our attention, it was Liet. It's just another example of leftists naming a boogie man, then constantly trying to show us the closet where the boogie man lives and say, "see, see, see what he did"!

And what was his source? And why did you feel compelled not only to read the thread, but to respond to it?

So a woman at a traffic stop tells the cop that a few days ago George threw a wine bottle at her and that makes him a sociopath? Can we at least have some proof first?

Of course not. Her wounds were self-inflicted, she actually walked towards George in a threatening manner, and incidentally, we don't know beyond all doubt that she wasn't trying to commit a crime.

I had some issues with anger management more than a decade ago and I still get upset about things today but my feelings don't take over and cause me to take actual action.

If I did take action it would be pretty much calculated.

While Zimmerman was rightfully acquitted for shooting Trayvon, he was a dumbass for getting into that situation, and still is a dumbass now.

Zimmerman has embarrassed the left, he must be destroyed at all costs.

I absolute loathed the entire way people said "Martin was armed with 'tea and skittles".

Accurately, it would be said "Martin was unarmed".

Absolutely the only reason for saying one word about "tea and skittles" was to make Martin look even younger and nonthreatening than simply saying "unarmed" would infer.

That, and that it was true. Truth often allows for more inferences than just a part of the truth.

Of course, there's a pretty big gulf between "a jury decided he couldn't be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" and "there is no racism, and all gun control is wrong," so I'm not sure where you get the "embarrassment" from.
