Actually I've heard the same thing that Dinner has talked about before. It doesn't say that the "investigators" were ever actually on site in Iran. For all we know they simply reviewed material sent to them by the Iranians.

When the U.S. made the two nuclear arms agreements with the Russians (before that the Soviets) prior to this last one that Obama screwed up, there were direct on site inspections. Sometimes the U.S. actually had to pay for the Russian inspectors to fly to the U.S. because the Russians were so dead ass broke

Inspectors had the authority to pull American bombers out of scheduled exercises in order to inspect them in person (which they did).

The inspectors are who gathered the samples.

Prove it. Not saying you're wrong but I need actual evidence. And any statements by the inspectors is not considered evidence.

Second, while you may not have done so here, you have a proven record of posting articles with inflammatory headlines that turn out not to reflect the article's actual content. So it certainly seems evident that you are the person who generally doesn't read the full text.
