I think my argument is that the politics of hate are receiving a boost by things like the promotion of nationalism and a president that calls Nazis "very fine people", and openly advances hate and division against various social groups. False. She was never denied asylum. The foreign office expressed internal reservations about a grant given it might cause political tensions. That hasn't been acted on and the UK remains involved in ensuring her safety, as the Prime Minister said quite clearly during PMQs this very morning.
