http://pajamasmedia.com/blog/stephe...dulent-video-labeling-tea-partiers-racists/2/ From here Shit like this disgusts me. The tea partiers care so much for their country that they're actually willing to do something about it and leftist scum like this have made it their mission in life to prove that they are really protesting because they secretly hate brown people.
Would that be like the James O'Keefe of the Left? How he selectively edited and fabricated the ACORN/pimp controvery? I hear he might be doing jail time behind that too.
I don't care which side of the imaginary line you choose. If you think it's OK to lie and fabricate controversy to advance your cause, you surrender all legitimacy.
Agreed. Especially when it's shit you don't have to fabricate in the first place. If anything, this increases the legitimacy of the Tea Party.
The ones who are the first to play the race card do so because they cannot intelligently debate the issue of overtaxation, huge government and overspending. Instead, they simply trot out the old "racist!" charge, smugly assuming that their opponents will fold like a cheap tent. You disagree with the Tea Party? Fine. Do so on the basis of policy or philosophy. But don't show your intellectual bankruptcy by pulling the NAACP trick. You only make yourself look like a fool with an IQ of 75.
some of what was said was purposly misconstrued. Like the black woman talking directly to the so-called prostitute and pretty much ignoring the so-called pimp was telling her about resources to get her away from the pimp, but it was played to sound as if she was giving her hooker advice. The hispanic guy who pretended to go along with human smuggling in order to get more information about the smuggling ring actually called the police after they left. Of course, Hannity and Fox News wanted to believe the worst because they have an agenda. They did not bother to ask for unedited tapes before runnig with the story. I know some of what was caught on tape was pretty bad, but the worst of the worst that was showed on Fox was just plain mistruths.
He was so bothered by this tale of human smuggling that after calling his police officer cousin for advice he waited two days to report it to the cops. Contrary to what others, like Media Matters and Mr. Maddow on MSNBC, might say the full and unedited audio & transcripts have been available from day one. The guy hired by ACORN itself to get to the bottom of what really happened disagrees!
