Marvel's earned every penny. They've created a fantastic cinematic universe and have delivered quality film after quality film.

According to one report, the total take of ALL movies in the US this year, has been $4 billion. With one movie, Marvel's global income has been half of what the entire industry has done domestically. They're not just eating DC's lunch, but everyone else's as well.

Marvel IS the lunch. Everything else is an appetizer or a side salad.

Silk is a Korean American female version of Spidey with biological web shooters, and she can mentally control the chemistry of her webs to produce different effects, like the Homecoming Stark-tech shooters.

Not that I'm aware of. I've never been a regular reader of Spider-Man (though I've read a lot of the early ones) so I wouldn't know.
