It was a made up name for an AD&D character so a 15 year old me thought it sounded exotic enough. I used it on dial up BBS forums and when I started posting on the internet it seemed logical to keep using the same handle.

States' rights trump Federal edict for exactly that reason. Local governance is superior to distant governance for just that exact reason, because only local public servants are intimately knowledgeable of, and accountable to, the local populations they represent.

My question, mostly for Chump and Ricky Retardo, is this: What do you get out of defending this steaming turd of primitive superstition called Islam? Let's even leave aside the murderous, slave-taking barbarian contingent of it and focus on the larger percentage who just support the barbarian contingent morally and financially. What's in it for you to stand up for that shit and defend it from the condemnation it so richly deserves?

You like the idea of Shari'ah law consuming western democracies. You know good and fucking well that's what Islam's endgame is, and you're fully in favor of it.

 

By the way, I hear that understanding what other people really think is an important ability for a writer.

 

He's not a writer, at least not a fiction writer. He pretends he is because he wrote a few words for a porno site some years ago and read a few blogs on internet publishing. But, frankly, until he actually publishes a novel that sells or, hell, a short story that does, then treating him as if he is a writer only serves to butter him up. The only accurate description for him is a hopeful, or maybe more crudely, a wannabe.
