Well, it seems that either Assvir or Tamar is guilty of putting out there in the first place. So, which is the part where I am breaching the rules? What this says to me is that Tamar is worried about her own wrongdoing being put under the spotlight so she'll abuse the rules, warning and banning however many it takes, to make the ugly truth go away.

It was then that it was deemed that the person had to post the picture themselves on this board to be usable. And the person who wanted to use the picture had to show where they got it or they couldn't use it.

However I am, whatever I am, here on WF, does not warrant Elchup or WAB to explicitly misuse private information without the express invitation/permission of the owner. I'm not trying to ban anyone...I'd just fucking do it if that was what I was trying to accomplish. I don't use those pictures anymore either. Elwood, Tasvir and I dealth with it years ago and I lived up to my agreements made then. But the fact I did the wrong thing ages ago doesn't mean it's okay for you to do it now just because you don't like the fact I am the one who gets to enforce this. Clearly, if you thought I was wrong to do it, you know that you are wrong for doing it now. I just want you to stop using the picture which is no different than what happened to me.
