Given that he carried a Class G Security License meaning he passed a background check with his fingerprints being sent to the FBI to get the license talking about guns would be useless. He'd have access to guns no matter what law you passed.

Probably the same place he got all the NYPD gear he posed with.



He was licensed statewide. Degree in criminal justice. Probably could have joined the Orlando SWAT team.

The shot placement makes me wonder if he had a laser sight slung under his barrel. That would shoot high at close range, as opposed to using regular sights which would shoot low.

In accordance with Florida Chapter 493, Class "G" licensed armed security officers are required to complete 28-hours of classroom and range instruction under the direction of a Class "K" licensed instructor. At the S2 Institute, we offer Class "G" license training as a three day course. Day One and Day Two are conducted as ten-hour classroom days at our training facilities in Tampa and Orlando. Day Three includes 8-hours of range instruction and final qualification at our firearms training location, the Wyoming Anteloupe Club, or in the Orlando area at the Seminole County Criminal Justice Range in Geneva, FL. The address will be provided after registration.

Simple - the government runs it so the system won't work as advertised with 100 percent accuracy. You never know what will get you "flagged" from buying a gun and what won't
until the store runs it on you. Also watch lists are more for airline travel - they have kept us safe from 9 month old babies and 84 year old blind ladies.
