McCain...Obama...Pfeh! If more people had listened to me and voted for Ron Paul, we wouldn't have this mess.
Obama-Mid Terms: If it'll help, I'll stay away View attachment 6431 "Pay no attention to that man behind the tele-prompter, we're really on the voter's side! No, really!"
Absolutely. Personally, my preference would be the Dems holding power in the Senate, and the Reps taking the House, both with a clear majority (3 or 4 seats in the Senate, 20 or 30 seats in the House). That way, nothing would get through Congress that wasn't suitable to both parties.
Let's be clear. I care nothing for democrat/republican rubbish. I want incumbents swept out. As many as possible. It's only by inflicting term limits on these assclowns that the message can be sent: do it right or you're done.
My wants from government are mainly negative...it's a long list of things I want them NOT to do. As such, gridlock suits me fine. I'd like the gridlock to be slightly biased to the right so we don't get any kind of leftist economic policy or social engineering, but not any further lest the moralizing conservative fuckwittery kick in. It makes little difference to me if Obama is in office, as long as his agenda is halted.
