Outdoor Rink. Just flooding it. Couple more days and we'll have good ice. Hockey is pretty fun. Yes, we play outdoor. Yes it is cold. -20 C usually.
Real hockey is outdoors, though it's hard to get consistent crowds for that. We do a few games each year at Fenway Park, which are hugely popular, but I doubt it would work as a regular thing.
There is very soon going to be an app that can take that picture to create a new set of keys. I can't decide whether such an idea is cool or creepy.
Probably not a picture like that particular one, where the detail on the keys is so obscured and out of focus (deliberately done to highlight the other object). I could see where such an app could be useful, though. And creepy.
It's the sidewalk leading to the smoking area. The dark spots are where people throw the butts on the ground and step on them.
My humor is not for mortals. I meant the area itself isn't smoking. [Mork] ARK!ARK!ARK![/Mork] Is this thing on? Hey, they can't all be gems, folks.
From the local AA baseball team. Last home game, final series. Up for 3 runs, crowd on their feet. Frickin' awesome. Love it when Canadians get into Baseball.
The tree guys paid me their third visit, slowly removing chunks of the 100-foot oak that fell across my lawn in the hurricane. I told them they can leave this section, which is outside the fenced area of the yard. They whacked the trunks off at the root hoping the root ball would slump back into its hole. No such luck.
This month's model build. Revell's recent reissue of the old Monogram Viper, sitting on an aftermarket resin launch rail.
The boy and I on our first hunting trip of the year. Since it was probably the worst weekend of the year to go due to the lunar and solar phases, we decided to have a little fun. Sadly my pictures of him came out even more screwed up than the ones he took of me. All I had to work with was the cell phone camera since my normal point and shoot got left back in the truck. Those two pictures of me piss me off to no end. I have lost 40 lbs, dropping from 225 to 185. I still look like a gorram whale. I have always had a bit of a belly, been built stocky, and have that damned turkey gobbler. Christ I have more chins than a Chinese phone book.
