It's partly the angle of the photo. It had layers that you can't see there. It definitely wasn't made by Italians, though.

    Post (Instagram).

I have a "tilt shift" app for this phone but I haven't played with it yet.

No doubt I'm showing my ignorance, because I've only been hunting a couple of times, way back in the 80s. But are you concerned about visibility regarding other hunters? You never know when Dick Cheney might show up behind you.

Always fun when a waterline breaks when its -30C. Even more fun getting down into the hole and helping digging it up. Yes, I dug that hole with that goddamn shovel in my hand. :bailey:

Got her fixed around 9PM, and everything was good to go. Hard day, but always fun helping out in the community.

The nice thing about private / leased land is control of who is where and when. If it were public land you bet your ass I'd be wearing blaze orange.

Yeah, around here everyone is wearing bright orange.

Even when you 'bush push' you wear bright orange.

I didn't actually dig the hole with that shovel. :ramen:

Ground is frozen solid a few feet down. But after that it was a hell of a time keeping the dirt from crumbling down around us.

Actually there's no filter added to that at all, just a little background blurring. :P

The box for my first radio. AM and cassettes, in a lovely orange-and-orange color scheme -- totally worth $30. I spent many an afternoon and evening, listening to the Cardinals or Blues on this.

The frequent morning mist around the Liquid Nitrogen tanks in front of our building. I love driving thru it.
